I really wanted to like this hotel because it's Zambian-owned, but there were quite a few issues. The staff was wonderful and the exterior is nice, but the room experience was disappointing. While the breakfast was good, the inconsistent amenities really affected my stay. Overall, I ended up switching hotels because I couldn’t overlook the problems.

Unfortunately, my room wasn't great; the internet was inconsistent, bedside lamps didn't work, and the bathroom sink handle was broken. Overall, it felt worn down.
